Please read these terms before using WatchFrame.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using WatchFrame, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.

User Content

Reviews, comments, list names, and other content you post may be visible to other users. You are solely responsible for content you submit and must not post content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Reporting & Enforcement

Users can report content or block other users directly in the app. We review reports and take action, which may include removing content or suspending or terminating accounts, at our discretion.

Subscriptions (WatchFrame Pro)

WatchFrame Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase, billed through your App Store account. Subscription payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

AI Movie Assistant

The assistant's answers are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, so please verify anything important. Title suggestions are checked against TMDB, but a suggestion is not a guarantee that a title matches your description. Daily message limits apply and depend on your plan, and some questions are available only with WatchFrame Pro. Do not use the assistant to produce unlawful, abusive or harmful content, or to bypass its limits. The assistant only proposes changes to your lists, ratings and reviews; you are responsible for the changes you confirm. How your messages are handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

WatchFrame uses The Movie Database (TMDB) for media metadata, a third-party AI model provider to power the movie assistant, and our own backend service. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Your use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

WatchFrame is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
